The AC wasn't cold enough, the bathroom drain was clogged and smelled bad, the towels were dull, the various snacks and drinks sold in the room would be neater if they were put in a basket and the dust was cleaned. You should buy breakfast yourself from outside. For the bed, pillowcases and sheets are clean. Just sleeping is still worth it.

The hotel staff, especially the security guard, are very kind. Clean rooms. The family room is on the 4th floor, there is a dining table outside the room like a rooftop. Eat while listening to the hustle and bustle of traffic horns in Medan. Because it's really in the middle of the city. Tengkyu Medan 🥰.

Kamar kotor gak pernah dipel. Saat mandi kontrol air panasnya gak berfungsi malah air panas yang keluar terus jadinya hanpir melepuh saya. Waktu komplen air gak ada, malah dianggap kitanya gatau make keran air panas dan gak ada solusi untuk air padahal saya sudah pakai sabun. Untuk standard harga 300ribuan ini jelek sangat. Gak ada cerek air panas, kamar mandi gak ada wastafel, dan aroma toilet keluar.

Stayed 3 nights but the room was only cleaned once. Finally checked out even though there was still 1 more night left. House keeping service is very unsatisfactory. The towels smell rancid. No tissue on the second day. The receptionist is wordy, inconsistent. When contacted when there are items left behind, but no response at all.

Kamar family roomnya luas bednya ada 2 satu king 1 singgle jadi kalo bawa banyak keluarga muat. Tapi 1 kamarnya AC nya kurang dingin. Pelayanan standar, kebersihan standar. Tempat masuknya unik karena di lorong gang. Tapi pas masuk lobi interiornya unik dan bagus. Ada liftnya juga. Di atas ada juga rooftop. Air panasnya berfungsi dengan baik. Tapi harga sangat sesuai.
