Parking is hard, stairs are small, rooms are dirty, ugly, horrible. The most gloomy hotel I have ever been in.

Smelly room, yellow towels, air conditioner not cold, bathroom toilet smells. Dirty sheets, don't want to stay here, it doesn't match the photo. Where asked for an additional 100 more. The receptionist is not friendly. Come all the way here and be disappointed. There is nothing good here.

The receptionist is not friendly. The parking attendant is also cheating. Please process it. There is still a lot of Ettol balance. Not even half a day, the balance has been deducted a lot even though I only paid 5 thousand. Please process the parking attendant. Thank you

The staff never smiled at all, they kept shouting to call room service when it wasn't time yet, they were still setting the time and they were already banging on the door 🥹 Yes, it's a medium cost hotel, but what should I do?

The mattress, towels and sheets were dirty, the white color was more gray and there was a lot of hair stuck to the towels and blankets like they had been used by someone else. The bathroom faucet and shower were rusty. The soap was like hand soap. Not recommended for staying overnight, because after waking up for a while it was already itchy.

The room smells of cigarettes, the service is also not appropriate, booked a twin bed but was given a queen bed. The bathroom is gloomy, the room's AC takes a long time to cool down.

Not comfortable enough. The elevator is not active. Have to climb a rather gloomy iron staircase. The level of cleanliness is not decent. Hopefully it will be better for the level of comfort and cleanliness.

Sesuai lah untuk budget segitu. Kamarnya ga sesuai dengan di aplikasi/gambar. Harus deposit dulu + ninggalin ktp juga, hotel lain ktp boleh d bawa lagi setelah mereka memfotocopy nya.

Just asking for tissue was really stingy, not friendly either, I brought my child to play with the phone but was said to be rude, indeed the receptionist was not polite. The elevator also didn't work, I was placed on the 3rd floor, really tired.

Terjadi padam listrik semaleman. Tidak ada tindakan dan kebijakan apapun sama sekali dari pihak hotel, membuat kesulitan sementara saya perlu menyelesaikan pekerjaan malam itu. Akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk check out tengah malam untuk pindah hotel, sangat mengecewakan membuat buang-buang waktu karena dibuat menunggu.

Banyak kecoa, terlalu ribet udah pake deposit tapi KTP harus di tahan berarti sama aja suruh penyewa gak boleh jalan keluar, karena kalo jalan keluar tanpa identitas rawan.

The elevator is broken even though the room is on the 4th floor, the air conditioner is not cold, the pillows have hair. The parking isn't free because it's in a complex where it doesn't look like there's any collaboration with the hotel, so you have to pay for parking 25 thousand because the car has to be parked overnight. I don't know whether to pay if you go in and out of the complex.
