This is very basic hotel, don't expect amenities and what not. No matter what the room look like, it was clean, spacious (but not to spacious for twins), towels provided, aircon was okay, mineral waters provided and wifi was relatively good. Bring your own toiletries. Location is strategic. Good for single or pair travellers. Overall is good.

The hotel is clean, the service is good, cheap and close to the city center, right in front of the Mtos Pioneer mall, it's not difficult to find food, there are many food sellers around the hotel + there is an Alfamart next to it, basically, those who want to stop by for transit and travel to Makassar, just stay here ☺

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, but there is no network in the room at all. Wifi also can't connect. If you want to find a network, you have to go out to the hotel lobby. For temporary transit okay, not for a long stay.

The location is good because it is close to everywhere. It's just a shame that the hotel is very stuffy, from the hallway to the room it's already stuffy, fortunately the air conditioner in the room is working well so the stuffiness can be reduced. The room is not soundproof so I can hear sounds that are not appropriate for children to hear when passing through the hallway to the room. The receptionist's face is flat, not friendly, the security guard especially just hangs out smoking on the terrace, doesn't help us when we want to park our luggage, doesn't greet us let alone smile.

Affordable and recommended for staying, often stay here and the rooms are always clean. The downside is that some rooms have air conditioning that is not cold enough and there is a bed that makes noise when used to sleep in room 256 on the 2nd floor

Because the room did not match the application. The hotel asked. How much is the price obtained on Traveloka. I was very offended. Indeed, Traveloka's price is very far if you book directly at the hotel. But we paid the party in the application with the highest price option. If you can get a discount and the service and facilities are not appropriate, it's better to increase transparency. God willing, we are ready to pay if the service is appropriate. Price is very cheap. Right in front of Makassar Town Square, there is a pedestrian bridge in front of it. The staff are friendly and very helpful. You need to bring your own toiletries because they are not included in the hotel facilities. At night, many people sell in front of the hotel or you can go to M'Tos.
