The hotel staff is friendly, the service is satisfactory. For the cleanliness of the bathroom & toilet seat, please pay attention again. The shower faucet sometimes suddenly errors. All that comes out is hot water. Then the regular faucet when it is first opened comes out black water several times, possibly because the pipe/tank is dirty, it can be cleaned again maybe.

I like the atmosphere of this inn, a little far from the main road but comfortable, away from traffic noise. Rest is maximized. Will definitely come back if visiting Padang city again. Thanks.

We couldn't get a room upon arrival, the hotel staff was unprofessional, the refund process was complicated even though the hotel canceled it unilaterally. Very not recommended.

The hotel staff is friendly, overall it's good with the budget available, just a suggestion to pay more attention to cleanliness and room maintenance, housekeeping should not be noisy when cleaning, in my experience when sleeping it's noisy because maybe most of the guests have gone out.

poor hotel staff. visitors overflowing. I checked in late the room was almost given to someone else. the room's AC was really hot. there were no towels in the room. there were no pillow cases. I booked 3 rooms. 3 of them had AC not cold. 1 room had no toiletries. the smell of the room on the 2nd floor room 231 was sour like there was old garbage that hadn't been picked up. complained to the receptionist for almost 1 hour with no follow up until 2x back and forth to ask for towels and pillow cases even though we wanted to rest. like a leftover room that had never been used and was not prepared for use
