Not accepting bookings via the application after the customer wants to check in, with the reason that there is a deduction and the net payment is only 200 thousand. Finally getting angry and forcing the customer to cancel the booking. If you don't feel like doing business, just close the inn, don't show off on the application either so you don't embarrass yourself. Pay cash to the customer, right? 😆😆😆 highly not recommended, just find another inn rather than later after checking in, then being worked on while staying here overnight. It's really scary if you're harassed, because the receptionist has already said something in that direction. God forbid hi.

Already paid in full at Traveloka. At the venue, the officer demanded an additional 20 thousand rupiahs because the price was different from Traveloka. They should have written a fixed price, so customers don't feel like they're being pressured. Not to mention staying on the 3rd floor which was dirty and never cleaned. Very disappointed, will not come back here again.

The room was very uncomfortable, no blanket, the air conditioner was not cold enough, no towels, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, the mattress was just wires, very uncomfortable, my body hurt when I slept, the worst experience.

This hotel asks for extra money when we want to check in. If we don't pay, he wants to cancel our room but tells us to cancel it ourselves. The hotel owner is very deceitful. The staff and owner are very rude and like animals. It was too rude and he placed a male receptionist who behaved rudely and smoked a cigarette while talking to us during hotel check-in. The worst service hotel and the worst review in Banda Aceh. Can't recommend this hotel. The hotel owner did not accept us to stay because we did not want to pay the excess that was asked even though traveloka had sold it at a fixed price. After that, the hotel owner blamed traveloka. What is the stupidity of the hotel owner? The hotel from below is indeed too dirty like a haunted house. Anyone who wants to be cheated must stay in the worst and most insulted hotel in Banda Aceh. From the staff to the owner, it's the best attitude I've ever experienced.
