Saat check in sudah bermasalah. Resepsionis mengatakan bahwa mereka tidak menerima bookingan via online karena mereka tidak menggunakan online padahal sudah saya tunjukkan voucher hasil bookingan via app dan nama hotelnya sudah benar, namun malah resepsionisnya mengatakan bahwa bookingan itu ke hotel sebelah yakni Hotel Arafah. Saya pergi ke Hotel Arafah dan menunjukkan voucher hasil bookingan via online, resepsionis Hotel Arafah juga mengatakan sebaliknya bahwa itu adalah di hotel yang sebelumnya bukan di Hotel Arafah. Saya jadi bingung kok dibola-bola akhirnya saya kembali lagi ke hotel ini. Kemudian resepsionis menghubungi seseorang baru kemudian menerima bookingan saya dengan alasan sebelumnya tidak tercatat di sistem mereka. Itu persoalan pertama, saat check in sudah tidak nyaman. Hari kedua menginap, pagi hari saat meninggalkan hotel saya minta kamar dibersihkan, tapi pada saat siang hari saya balik lagi ke hotel, ternyata kamar tidak dibersihkan dengan alasan bahwa saya tidak ada minta dibersihkan kamarnya kata resepsionis. Agak mengecewakan, tapi ya sudahlah. Sebenarnya hotel ini lumayan bagus dan nyaman, kamarnya juga cukup lebar, hanya pelayanannya saja yang perlu ditingkatkan.
