Pengalaman yang sangat tidak memuaskan, gambar foto yang ada di aplikasi berbeda dengan kenyataan, sangat tidak sesuai, lebih jelek, dan ternyata kata pegawai di sana kalau mau gambar yang seperti di foto aplikasi harus menambah biaya karena itu temasuk kamar extra, tentunya ini penipuan konsumen, gambar yang ditampilkan di aplikasi jauh berbeda dengan kenyataannya, tidak sampai di situ kamar diberikan, TV tidak menyala, AC tidak ada remot, sabun, sikat gigi, odol juga tidak ada, wastafel mampet, dalam kamar ada kecoa, air pelan sekali mengalirnya, minta ganti kamar sama saja keadaannya. Semua keluhan yang saya sampaikan tidak direspon, saya mau bicara ke pemilik atau yang lebih berwenang tidak diberikan oleh pihak hotel. Mau pindah saya sudah bayar dan katanya tidak bisa dikembalikan, keadaan waktu itu sudah tengah malam, kasihan sama anak istri dan orang tua yang sudah capek dari perjalanan jauh, akhirnya kita bertahan sampai besok pagi. Hati-hati bagi pelanggan, jangan sampai kejadian sama kayak saya.

I don't really recommend it, the service isn't good, the rooms are dirty, the walls have AC water seeping, the toilet smells, and the stuff is dirty. I'm really afraid to stay here.
