Overall is good, but the front desk is a problem. She has less attitude for serving customers. Try to hire staff who have good attitude or personality, especially for the front end.

The hotel is cheap, the rooms are spacious, it is close to snacks so if you are hungry just go downstairs, but the cafe on the roof top also has friendly prices and delicious food, the staff could be friendlier to guests, they apply the 3 S (smile, greet, say hello), overall it is cool.

I didn't expect the room to be good for that price, clean, tidy. Access to the hotel is also quite easy, close to the station. There are also many places to eat and minimarkets. Minus, I don't like the service attitude of the restaurant during breakfast. Better learn how to serve again.

In the Covid era, I often stay at Redstar, but yesterday with the aim of nostalgia and staycation, there were many disappointments, including:
1. Wifi is not working properly
2. The AC temperature is not cold, even though it is 18 and high fan
3. Food on the rooftop takes a long time to be served, so when the food arrives it is cold, and the taste is bland, the crackers are limp
4. The breakfast menu tastes bland, even though the fried rice used to be very delicious
5. When I wanted to take a shower, there was maintenance, so the sink water was pitch black and the shower water was off
5. The shower water was not hot
6. The lighting in the room was dim, there were no bright main lights
Please pay attention to this to improve hotel services to customers. Thank you

The most comfortable hotel in West Jakarta, I have stayed here many times. The hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is also clean. There is not much variety for breakfast, like home cooking. The only minus is the female front desk who is not very friendly, and her work is like a lazy person. Her face doesn't smile at the guests.

The room is okay, clean, the HK staff is friendly, some of the FO staff are friendly, some are not, I was a little disappointed with the FO staff at night, they were not nice, the breakfast was also not very good :( but the room was clean, the hotel was clean, especially the balcony was beautiful, it was the best hotel❤️
