When I entered the room it was very hot, the roof was fragile, there were cockroaches even the smallest ones. Asked the staff to just handle the cockroaches but they made many excuses. Asked for insect repellent spray but said there was none. In the end I didn't stay there and immediately left. I lost 250 thousand.

the air conditioner is not cold so it's not very comfortable. hot. already informed the receptionist but instead told to wait 15 minutes to cool down. not cold. there is no telephone in the room so it makes communication difficult.

The hotel is really bad, dirty, smelly, and full of spider webs. After checking in and seeing the room, I went straight out and didn't do it. I lost 250 thousand rupiah, it doesn't matter.

In my opinion, with that price but no water heater, it's not worth it, it's not haunted, it's just ordinary, it smells good when I get in, the sheets are clean and don't smell. Please use a water heater. The swimming pool also looks fresh

the night atmosphere is as beautiful as this. want gofood is close anywhere, order alfagift is also possible. next time will come here again. the place is very comfortable. the only drawback is on the tv. the tv is reluctant to turn on and off. error continues no signal and don't know the wifi, maybe there is if asked. the rest is okay.

I don't recommend staying here again. There was no toilet paper or tissue on the table in the room. The lights were off. It was very dim. It wasn't comfortable. I was only there from 2pm to 5pm. I didn't want to stay there, it was scary. It was quiet, dark, and the service was mediocre. There was no soap, no sandals. The room was quite spacious. The room was also not clean or fragrant. I only came here once. Sorry, I hope the hotel can fix this. It would be a shame if it was neglected and it would be scary. Oh yeah, I was on the 3rd floor and there were stairs.
