This hotel located near Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani (Ayani Mall and Mujahidin Mosque). I stay in single room, but for me the space is quite enough. The hotel and room are also clean and have the café in the first floor. So easy to order food by phone or just go to ground floor. If you are looking for friendly staff, good hospitality with the affordable price, Richard's home would be one of your bucket list to overnight in Pontianak.

Sorry, I want to give a suggestion for the towels to be given some fragrance. Because it smells musty. At that time I asked for a replacement. It was indeed replaced. But it still smells musty and the AC is not cold enough 🙏 Apart from that, I'm satisfied, the service is friendly, the room is clean. 😊👌.

The receptionist was very unprofessional, deducting the deposit without notification, saying to call the room several times to remind you to check out even though there was no one on the phone at all, the receptionist service was also very impolite and unethical.

The food is not buffet style (but yes, it was a rule from the beginning that it was not buffet style), and the toilets do not have air pumps so they sometimes smell a bit. But for the price and the facilities, it is okay.

Book a smoke-free room, smoking outside the smell of cigarette smoke will be fined, you know what, smoking in a room sucks because you can't differentiate between the smell of smoke from the inside and the outside.
