Although the hotel has an old building and interior, it still looks neat and clean. Just a suggestion, the sheets and pillows can be replaced with new ones. Thank you.

Like an old building but the staff and technicians are quite friendly. The room is very spacious but the bathroom is a bit cramped. The water heater is only available at certain hours. But for this price in the middle of Solo city it is quite worth it

The hotel place in slamet riyadi street so near to going anywhere. The hotel ambience really cozy and you cam got the traditional palace ambience there. The price also cheap with good service.

I haven't had the chance to enjoy the hotel facilities because there was a sudden event out of town but the hotel still doesn't have a refund policy. If the customer has not enjoyed the hotel facilities, this policy should be there because this is a concept that benefits one party. The concept of forcing customers, thank you.
