when I checked in at 8 pm it turned out that my room had a problem with the AC and TV but the hotel immediately replaced it with a new, better room unit royal brongto hotel is indeed great 👍👍👍 only for the breakfast menu, it could be made more varied and the stock was made more because it was for those who came for breakfast after 8 am some appetizer/dessert items were out of stock and not restocked😅

Day 2 of staying try with breakfast Breakfast at 7, we were still quiet at half past 8 Staff service is ok, children are charged 50,000 Maybe the food can be improved again 🥲 fried rice jemek tastes bad at all 😵‍💫, fried rice texture like porridge tastes like it's going to smell, the food is not very varied either Fried rice, fried noodles, eggs in koloke with vegetables. There are fried foods, koko crunch, chicken porridge, fruit there is only watermelon and melon then pudding. Iced sour orange drink There is also an omelet delivered one by one to our table Next time I will stay again BUT without breakfast 🫠🙏

The staff are all friendly and very helpful, starting from when we brought our luggage up to the 2nd floor At night, the TV had no signal, at that time the technician came, there weren't many TV channels because the signal wasn't strong enough The bathroom has a bathtub, the water heater also works well There are lots of plants so it's nice and cool, the hotel is clean even though the hotel is that big

Strategic location, comfortable atmosphere, and friendly staff. However, I had a cake delivery from a friend. It was left at the reception, but the staff did not provide any information to the room. Only the next morning, when I took my own food order, was the delivery from my friend given. Even though the cake was delivered last night.

The appearance of the hotel is luxurious like the Yogyakarta palace, each room has a balcony. Given boiled cassava snacks in the afternoon plus when checking out given a gift containing wedang mantap, very comfortable staying here

staffs are very friendly, there is a food stall inside the hotel near the swimming pool, so you can wait for your kids to swim while having snacks. the swimming pool is also kids friendly, not too deep. suggestion for breakfast to be improved location is close to the city center, easy to go anywhere, close to places to eat too recommended, will come here again one day!

a pleasant experience staying here, friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere, even though this is an old hotel but far from the impression of spooky... the strong nuances of Jogja and the palace make it comfortable and peaceful in the heart.. complete facilities, spacious rooms, hot water also works well... very kids friendly here... God willing if you go to Jogja it will be the main choice for staying.. thank you and always success...
