It is a great place for family holiday: reasonable price (actually the price includes fee for flying fox), unique atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is good too with local cuisine; will be back someday with bigger group.

Actually, the service is okay, the cleanliness is also okay, the only minus is that the hotel is not well maintained & in my room, the wood of one of the beds was already broken so before the strange incident happened, I was told to replace it and immediately asked for it to be fixed & the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel are lacking so it's not very attractive & it's worth it for that price.

1. In remote locations, there is no GSM signal, the hotel WiFi also doesn't reach the room location. 2. The room had 2 cockroaches in it. 3. Lots of cobwebs in the corners of the room. 4. The receptionist was not friendly. 5. Outbound can only be used by groups, not individuals. 6. Access the swimming pool far from the hotel room. 7. Breakfast alacarte nasgor/miegor is not a buffet. 8. Expensive room rates are not commensurate with the facilities.

The hotel staff is PHP, they have already booked the Flying Fox, ehh it turns out it's closed, he said. There is no information from the staff at what time it closes. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is dirty, smelly. Wifi signal Monday, Thursday.
