Overall it's good. It's just that for friends with disabilities it is not recommended to stay here. Because the elevator is not available and must take the stairs.

the AC is not cold enough, because the central AC is in room 111, so the AC goes up and down and makes me uncomfortable staying in this room, many of the room facilities are broken such as the water flush is difficult to press, the hot water doesn't turn on, the AC goes up and down cold, very disappointing, previously I stayed at this hotel comfortably, but now I stayed in an uncomfortable room.

The check-in time was very long even though we arrived tired and it was already 14.30 before we could enter the room. The carpet in the room was dirty with lots of food crumbs, safety pins, and the glasses were also dirty. The breakfast food was also good. Please, the staff in charge of the cashier at the restaurant during breakfast, inform the front office that the guest has paid for the food for the child when they finish eating. Please improve your professionalism in the hospitality field. Thank you

There are not many power outlets, only 1 in the room, the shower in the bathroom should be facing aligned with the bathtub. For food yesterday, I tried pical but it was bitter.

It has always been our choice when we go to BKT. However, try to replace the carpet in the room and improve the cleanliness of the bathtub. Will still stay yesterday, it feels like the breakfast menu has a bit less variety than before. Then make sure the refrigerator is ready when it comes in. And TV broadcasts or TV channels only have 4 stations.

The room is spacious and clean but it is not comparable to the empty contents, the hallway to the room is a bit scary, the atmosphere of the room is a bit like a test of courage. The bathroom is clean and the hot water is still working, the bed is soft and comfortable to use.

The hotel is clean, but the atmosphere is a bit scary when you go to the room and the room is very spacious. The TV is sometimes black and white, sometimes colored but not clear, the bed is soft and comfortable, the lights are like the old days which are only 5 watts bright. The bathroom is clean but the hot water still works. There are a few sounds on the windows and interior, but just get around it by turning on the TV as loud as possible.
