Very strategic location in the city center close to various tourist destinations in Bandung. Clean rooms, friendly service. Complete facilities, there is a general kitchen so you can heat food. The downside is that access in and out must go through the cafe so it is less comfortable.

The location is right behind Gedung Sate, easy to reach, but far from access to stalls and mini markets. The waiters are friendly, especially the security.

Strategic location behind Gedung Sate. The room is quite spacious, cleanliness is okay, large wardrobe, there is a large table, 2 chairs, there is also a balcony. What makes it less pleasant is the check-in is at the cafe cashier & the way to the room has to go through the kitchen so it's like entering a boarding house. Breakfast is a choice of fried rice/bread & water. Downstairs there is a cafe ETTAN, try the salad & the coffee is delicious, get a discount because you are staying overnight. The staff are friendly, especially the security guard is very friendly. Oh yeah, the lights in the room went out and the token ran out, because we were too lazy to confirm, we ended up refilling it ourselves for 20 thousand hehe, please check this token periodically.

- For the cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and surrounding area, it's ok. - Breakfast is ok. - Facilities such as TV, AC, all ok. - Security, employee personnel. The hospitality is top notch.

Please fix your hand shower it kind of leak, and the hot water it about just 2 minutes (approx).

Hotel staff is friendly. The suggestion is that the breakfast menu could be more varied.

I have stayed at Rumah Cimandiri several times and it is always enjoyable. The impression of the final experience may be less pleasant because access to the bedroom area must be through the kitchen. So it feels like staying in a service area.

Great location in a very centre of Bandung City. Staffs were very friendly & helpful including the securities. Breakfast was fresh everyday. Good vibes at its cafe with their customers. Surprisingly it's quiet at night times considering it's located on the main road. Highly recommended for single or family!

The hotel staff are very friendly. "Outstanding father" who guards the parking lot, is very patient and smiling.

The location is very strategic but the parking area is limited.

Tadinya cuma mau coba-coba menginap di sini, malah extend beberapa hari karena suasananya dapat.

Suasana sangat menyenangkan, di tengah kota, akses ke lokasi penginapan sangat mudah ditempuh, bersih. Juara.

The place is right across Gedung Sate and you can also see the Gedung Sate from the 3rd floor. The first floor is a cafe and family rooms, while the single rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor. On 2nd floor, there 's a kitchen with a dispenser, alongside with microwave and cooking utensils and dining table for 10 people. I stayed on the 3rd floor and it has a common area with a sofa that faced to Gedung Sate. My first impression to the room is"this must be a bougie kost-kostan."It was spacious enough, has a big desk, towel rack, full mirror cupboard, an inside window for better circulation. The amenities are great (2 cups, 2 glass, tea, coffee, condiments, soap, toothbrush, towel, etc). They also have water heater. For hair dryer, you need to request for it. I didn't expect any breakfast but was asked during my check in. I tried their fried rice and toast and omelet because I stayed there for 2 nights. Love both of it. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They contact me via WhatsApp to confirm things and they also helped me to put my laundry in because it was suddenly raining. The only downside is they lock their gate and noone is guarding it. I came back to the hotel at 2am and I need to climb the gate (which was not too tall but it 's a hassle if I bring a car). Overall, very recommended and would like to come back!

Sangat menyenangkan feels like home.

Check in dan check out lancar. Staff dan security ramah-ramah. Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Lokasi juga kemana-mana dekat. Yang disayangkan hanya water heaternya ga nyala sama sekali.

Kamar bersih, kamar mandi luas, lokasi strategis, makanan enak. Petugas ramah semua, cuma kalo early check in atu early check out harus di pastiin. Karena yang tugas front office ga stand by 24 jam. Jadi kalo tanya sama yang kerja di cafe kasian pada suka bingung.

Rekomendasi banget. Penginapan ini menyatu sama cafe ettan habitat. Lokasinya strategis, pas belakang gedung sate. Staf nya a dejan baik banget, staf cafe ettan habitat juga ramah ramah semua. Even sarapannya nasi goreng sama roti, tp enak kok. Pemanas air nya juga berfungsi dengan sangat baik, ada netflix dan jaringan wifi nya bagus bagus aja. Ada dapur yang bisa digunakan juga, bumbu dan alat masaknya lengkap. Kurangnya, gak ada hair-dryer terus dia cuma ada tangga, gak ada lift. Overall, aku dan teman temanku sangat nyaman menginap di sini. Keep up the good work 🌻.
