I am very satisfied staying here. The location is very strategic, close to tourist attractions and culinary centers. The rooms are comfortable and the facilities are complete. The location of the inn is close to Alun-Alun Kidul Access to the inn is only for motorbikes At that time we rented a car and parked it at a neighbor's house and paid 10 thousand for parking overnight Finding food is easy because the location is close to the highway and there are many restaurants The staff are friendly The inn rooms are not soundproof The atmosphere of the inn is like at Grandma's house Cooking and eating utensils are provided and after use must be cleaned up yourself Toilet and bathroom are shared so you have to be able to maintain cleanliness So far it's comfortable to stay at Rumah Kita BnB

Overall it's good, the staff are friendly and very informative. Although it's not the room I booked, overall it's good and still fits what I'm looking for. For the bathroom, there needs to be a little improvement maybe on the shower, there's 1 toilet that's hard to flush because there's only a little water in the toilet tank, overall in terms of accommodation it's okay but still needs a little improvement 🙏👍.

Special for the price, the place is also very comfortable 🔥.

I went to Jogja from Jakarta without any plans where I wanted to stay. The story is... like going on an adventure. 😁. "Forget for a moment the purpose of going to Jogja for meetings and business deals, forget it. "Because life is too short to stay in high-rise hotels," my friend said, suggesting we just look for a bed and breakfast the night we arrived in Jogja. From Jakarta in the afternoon, we entered Jogja around 11pm, we looked for food around UGM, and arrived at Rumah Kita near midnight. I got the Selayar room and my friend got Sumba. I lived in Selayar for 4.5 years—the best days in my life. And, staying at Rumah Kita was one of the best nights in Jogja (which could only be beaten by the nights we wandered around looking for gudeg and wedhang). It feels like... staying at Simbah Kakung's house. 😁 The smell of wood from the cot in his room, the tile floor, the quiet and calm morning atmosphere, and also the decoration in the living room. I thought I couldn't sleep using the AC, but it turned out I was just sleeping in the Selayar room. 😁 When I booked, the rooms in our house that use AC were already full. Sob. The only minus is the car park, for newcomers on a road trip like me. But car parking on the side of the road is also safe, though. No problem. I recommend Rumah Kita for those who want to feel what it's like to stay at Simbah Kakung's house (again). And, yeah... I went on a long road trip to Jogja, sleeping in 'Selayar' too. After this, I'll just go to Selayar, okay? Diving…. Sob. Recommended!

It is worth the price paid. The place is clean and also strategic. The location is also quiet even though it is near a major road.

Really hidden gems, the location next to Alana Malioboro is the benchmark. It's a bit into an alley, so if you go to Jogjakarta by motorbike you have to come here. To the Prawirotaman area it's only a 3 minute walk, to the Kidul square it's also only 3 minutes, to Malioboro it can really take 10 minutes to walk. Very vintage & homey atmosphere. Guaranteed to sleep soundly without motorbike noise, meet lots of foreigners & share trip itineraries until the early hours of the morning (even though check-in is already late) Coincidentally check-in is already 10 o'clock, but you can be guided through self-check-in with the staff via WhatsApp. Even though the room doesn't have air conditioning, it feels cool (I don't know if the weather in Jogja is cold or if it's the building). Basically you have to come here if you're in Jogja.

Sangat hommie banget dan nyaman.

Masya Allah nyaman banget, dekat dengan plengkung gading. Walaupun masuk gang sedikit, but its okey, nyamann banget. Keluar gang banyak tempat makan. Ngobrol sma omah yang tinggal di sana, banyak banget dapet insight dan pelajaran. Terima kasih ya, soon kita kembali lagi kalo ke jogja 🥰.

Penginapan dengan konsep yang unik, proses check in by your self. Check out time nya jam 11.00 yaa, belum pernah beku yang semacam ini. Tidak ada staf yang stand by di malam hari, salah masuk kamar, dah capek dan tidur sampai pagi, alhasil kena extra cash deh.

Pas ketok pintu ada suara anjing di dalamnya, gak jadi masuk🥹.

Clean, tidy, quiet, nice to rest. Recommended.

A comfortable place to stay, 5 days I stayed in Jogja.

The location is actually quite strategic, close to everywhere, far from the highway too so you can sleep peacefully. The design and ambience of the inn is also good. But unfortunately cleanliness seems to have to be improved again. I don't know when the bed sheets were last replaced because the bed I was on had stains on it. In the room there were also two cockroaches entering which luckily I was brave so I turned them off.

Very strange hotel, when I came to the location, no one was on guard, it made me confused when I wanted to check in. Where in the narrow alley anyway. First and last, there's no car park.
