Cleanliness is indeed a determining factor, but the staff service is very friendly, but the sheets and walls have lots of stains, and when you first enter you immediately smell bad from the toilet 😓

The condition of the room is very bad, not fit for habitation. For a price of 2 million, you get a room with lots of cockroaches and the place is as narrow as possible. I checked in but didn't even spend 1 hour in the room and chose to check out and didn't get any sleep because it was so bad.

My House staff is friendly, the admin is also responsive, earlier the lights went out and immediately chatted with the admin and the lights came back on, the room is clean, the kitchen equipment is minimal hehe there is a leaking pan, there is no frying pan, there is only 1 stove. Overall it is good, thank you

The hotel staff is very friendly, to check in according to the promised time, the room is very neat and clean, the water is also odorless and clean. Suggestions for the future may be added wifi in the room to make it more comfortable for customers. Overall the room is very comfortable.

Dapat kamar yang lumayan bersih, tapi sayangnya tidak ada wifi 😄. Padahal harga segitu harusnya udah dapat wifi. Deket sekitarnya buanyak tempat makan dan dibawah juga ada minimarket. Jadi mudah untuk cari cemilan.

Dulu pernah nginep di sini di kasih kamar yang bagus makanya kembali ke sini. Tapi kali ini sangat kecewa, tidak ada tirai dipintu sehingga kami tidak nyaman sama sekali, lantai ada bercak kotoran entah apa. Lalu kompor tidak menyala. Sudah WA receptionist nya kecewa sekali, katanya akan naik ke atas untuk membantu tapi tidak di tindaklanjuti. Air panas hanya pagi berfungsi. Dengan harga 600an harapannya akan baik dari fasilitas dan service nya.

Kapok si ga mau lagi 🥲. 1. Harga ga sesuai dengan harga. Katanya bisa buat 4 orang, ternyata kecil banget. Dia kasih extra bed, okee kita terima. 2. Ternyata extra bed nya kayak gitu tipis banget dan kotor. Kayak ada noda-noda gitu. Tadi dari mereka info bakal kasih bantal & selimut, ternyata pas di cek ga ada 🤦‍♀️. 3. Pas di chat baru mereka mau kasih bantal dan selimut. 4. Toilet nya juga bau, kamarnya juga lantai-lantai masih kotor gitu. 5. Kamar mandi nya ga ada exhaust dan bau. 6. Parkir di sini juga susah banget & bau banget basement nya. Jujur buat holiday di sini ga nyaman banget. Apalagi kalau bawa family. Sorry kapok ga lagi 🙏
