The hotel is being renovated but when I booked it was stated that they were only renovating the elevator, but when I arrived, nothing was prepared. So I had to wait for quite a while. The condition of the room was not suitable for rent at that time.

The hotel is still under renovation, when I arrived I was surprised that there was no lobby, it was really messy, I didn't expect anything because it was cheap, but it would be better if it wasn't ready to be closed temporarily. Because when I arrived, the guard was in a hurry to clean up the room, the result? Well, there were so many shortcomings

The hotel is still being sold under renovation, it is very disappointing, the area is horrible, cleanliness is very minimal, there is no soap, shampoo, towels, if you don't have the intention, don't open a hotel.

1. The balcony door cannot be opened/broken 2. Ordered 1 bed but got a double bed without any reason and when complaining it was not responded to 3. Dirty toilet 4. The front light of the room is very dark or has minimal lighting so if you go out of the room at night it feels like a test of courage 5. Dirty towels 6. No toiletries 7. The price on the 300 application in my opinion is too overpriced for facilities that have many minuses 8. The AC is not cold enough and when turned on it smells of cigarette smoke 9. The Indian staff is a bit difficult to communicate, I don't know if it's the owner or the employee, but it's clear that they can't communicate because of language limitations. 10. The sheets don't seem to have been changed after several guests arrive so there's a bit of a sweaty smell and an unpleasant odor. Those are some of my experiences staying here, please use this criticism as an improvement for the hotel in the future so that visitors can rest comfortably and peacefully.

Maybe because it is being renovated, so the room is too far up the stairs. If you bring things like suitcases, it will be troublesome. The lobby area is also very dusty, it should not be opened if it is being renovated. The room also needs to be considered for cleanliness and toilets.

This is not a hotel worth staying in. Not worth it at all. Smells of cigarettes, musty smells, everything smells. Dirty and dusty, the service is not friendly at all The hotel is scary and not worth it, I just checked in and immediately checked out to find another hotel this is the first time I have stayed which is very disappointing.

With the cheap price, we got humble facilities. Despite the renovation that currently happened, everything is worked well, even the room feels comfy. The staffs also friendly and helpful. He helped us bring our heavy luggage to 3rd floor.

The hotel staff is not friendly, and the hotel area is dirty. The room is also dirty, lots of spider webs. The TV doesn't work, there is no swimming pool either. Basically it doesn't match what's on the app. I was very disappointed. And I had time to video it. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures in the room. I only videoed the room.

Honestly, this is my first time staying here, the smell of cigarettes is everywhere, the room smells and is stuffy, the bathroom is really dirty. I didn't even take a shower. The AC leaked until the water flooded the floor, the toilet was dirty. The shower leaked everywhere, I couldn't sleep all night because the AC was noisy, please fix it, this is really bad, my child even got itchy while sleeping. Hopefully the cleanliness will be taken care of. And the room smells really bad.

Very inappropriate please! The mattress is itchy and full of fleas as if it hasn't been replaced, the toilet is very dirty, the service is bad and scary, there are cigarette butts and the room smells very pungent.

The rooms are dirty and even the hotel is really dirty. Dirty bed sheets/blankets/pillowcases are not replaced. The towels smell musty. The bathroom couldn't turn on the sink faucet. The door is difficult to open and close. There were lizards and even gecko sounds in the room. There is no TV remote in the room. Please improve the service. Thx.
