Bad bathroom, the toilet is badly damaged.

The hotel staff is lacking, there is no lift and it is not disabled friendly.

Standard, don't ask for more. You get what you pay for.

big, comfortable, soft bed, nice hot & cool shower, nice, spacious room, dressing table plus wardrobe etc. the only drawback is that the AC doesn't have a remote, the TV is still a tube, the picture is not good but it's okay, the toilet is sitting, the sink can't be used, there is no wifi, coincidentally the room I booked was the one with a pocket-friendly price, thank you Sanjaya Hotel

Staff are not friendly and sullen, bathrooms are broken in every room, dirty

The room was OK, clean and good for the traveller. I booked it for my teacher, it didn't include the breakfast but she still happy with this hotel.

The receptionist ladies when checking in on Tuesday, August 13th night were not friendly, work is just work, a hotel is a business, no need to take care of other people's lives, the only good thing about this hotel is the spacious room size, the rest is the same as the other 1-star reviews, this is the first time there has been a reception like this 😅.

Forced to stay here because in Purworejo there are no better hotel choices. Please help the hotel management if your hotel business wants to develop and improve the facilities. In 2024, how come the hotel doesn't have WiFi access in the rooms? I asked the staff, only in the lobby the signal didn't reach the room. I already knew there was no signal there (Telkomsel & Indosat). In the room/bathroom there is no sink which is actually very important for washing hands, washing face and so on. The shower water turns on very slowly, come on, the hotel doesn't have a water pump at all. In the application it was written that there was a water heater but after confirming with the receptionist he admitted that the water heater used a solar panel system but I took a shower in the morning and took a shower in the afternoon and there was never hot water until I asked for a bucket + hot water to bathe my small child. The sitting toilet is difficult to flush, maybe the water supply is very small. The towel facilities still smelled musty. There is a cupboard but there is no clothes hanger for hanging clothes. Conclusion very regret staying here.

The TV must have more channels & please repair the hot water facilities by draining the reservoir so it doesn't get dirty.

The bathroom is broken, the spring bed is really soft, makes your body ache. Especially for the extra bed.

Close to Simpang Lima, no hassle to go anywhere, comfortable.
