It's hard to access, but the service, the room, and the food were amazing. The staff are also friendly.

Water often goes off, Lots of mosquitoes (ask for mosquito repellent but it's not available), walls are made of plywood, not brick walls. Toilets smell bad all the time, pool is not maintained.

very friendly staff, clean room, cold aircon, nice. Next time I go to BWI I want to try the front rooms, because the view is nice, if you want to go to the pool it's close, thank you for a great experience 💖✨

The hotel is nice. The room is actually clean but there are many insects especially Tomcat, very dangerous and disturbing. The staff must be diligent in checking the rooms on the 3rd floor. The room lock is also broken, so it can't be locked from the inside.

the bathroom is not clean, I want it to be natural but the cleanliness is not maintained, there are many cockroach wings in the bathtub, there are cockroaches in the bathroom, there are many insects in the bed. the bathroom door is also broken. finally I didn't stay and moved hotels. fortunately refunded by the hotel

How do you judge a 3-star hotel? 1. Dirty, smelly room with lots of mosquitoes and flies 2. Air conditioning is not cold 3. Hard mattress For the management, don't call it a 3-star homestay, there's an element of fraud here.

This property is not a 3-star hotel as shown in the app, it's just a dirty and shabby boarding house, the location is not suitable for a hotel, maybe the hotel doesn't even have a permit. The reception is like a destroyed ART, they don't know anything, I have a video showing the hotel, the canteen, the front office and the rooms. I had booked and came to the hotel but immediately canceled because I almost threw up seeing the garbage scattered at the entrance. The front looks like a Madura stall and there was no friendliness. Finally I canceled and complained to the app and asked for a refund. If not, I have said that I will take it to the legal realm under the article on alleged fraud, the consumer protection law and the IT Law, including the app's application under the article on inclusion. There were several victims who were trapped and forced to stay because they were afraid they wouldn't get a refund.
