The water heater didn't work and when I moved the bed there was trash under it. There were many stains on the bedsheets and some of them were torn. There was only 1 towel.

Access from the car park to the lobby needs to be improved. When it rains, there are puddles of water, and the car park is very hot. There are no trees/roofs for shade.
