Damp, bad smell in the toilet and inside the room, dusty, moldy, lots of hair on the carpet, hot air conditioning, parking does not match the number of rooms, no lift so for those bringing children it is not recommended, the lights are loose and the electrical cables are exposed, there is no compensation whatsoever from the hotel, they only apologize and offer to redo the make up.

Everything about the hotel is good, just need a little attention for the cleanliness of the toilet (bad smell) and the sheets & pillow cases... other than that it is very comfortable, hopefully one day I will come back to this hotel and it will be better.

Yes, it's standard. Not bad for that price. It's very helpful to be used as a transit hotel. The location is near the food center, so you won't be confused about finding food. The bed is big, very helpful if you bring children.

sarung bantal guling kotor, banyak noda2 darah dan kamar kotor. AC mati tiap 15 menit, kamar panas dan sangat tidak nyaman. malam ada yg gaduh dan menggangu tidur.

(+) Not the best Hotel in Malang, but the best hotel in this area for sure 🙂 (+) Good air conditioner ❄ (+) Excellent Water Heater (except 6-7 AM) 🔥 (+) There's coffee vending machine, love it 😍 (+) the WiFi is quite good 👍 (-) The room is so small, only good for 2 people or for staycation only (-) Some people could smoking in the hall but without good ventilation, so the smoke can go inside the hotel room if you open the door long enough (-) Without the WiFi, probably the signal is bad / decent (-) No water kettle in the hotel room (-) Small water flow on the wastafel

first time staying here overall ok for this price, clean + cold air conditioning + quite spacious room, there is also a place to hang out in front of the room, good access, very close to Brawijaya University the most minus is the 3rd floor is dark, because it is quiet on the 3rd floor, so it still makes sense just info, this is a sharia hotel

Despite the staff friendliness and cooperation, it was unfortunate to experience dirty linen, wifi disconnected easily, mirror was left full of dirt and marks, and AC was not fully functioning well. Hopefully the team could improve this.

The towels are already black like doormats. The toilet is really dirty. There were no tissues or soap when we checked in, we had to call twice until the guy came to refill them. The service is not like a normal hotel because the guy was grinning to himself. I feel like I've stayed at SANS Surabaya and it wasn't this bad. This is more worthy of being called a motel than a hotel.

Found 2 cockroach in my room, bathroom is not clean as much, the ambience from outside is so noisy in the evening, hard to sleep because of it. Lastly, The AC is not cold enough even I set it to 16°. Need to maintenance once a week I think.
