First impression is very very unpleasant, For the female receptionist especially, you seem to have to relearn about friendliness and speech. Maybe the workers can be retrained because it seems they do not understand what kind of service is. For the management, based on my experience there, there are many things that need to be reviewed and improved with the service you provide.

The AC is good and cold, the towels are also clean and there are 2 of them (without needing to ask). However, what is lacking is that the sheets are a bit yellowish in color.
