Our last stay was in building B. The bathroom was very slippery. It's likely not rinsed well enough when cleaning the bathroom, leaving a lot of detergent on the floor. Overall, it's a good hotel. Recommended for a stay in Siantar.

The food is delicious, but the restocking of out-of-stock or nearly-out items needs to be improved. Used plates should be cleared away promptly, and not left piled up on the table while guests wait. Overall, this hotel is recommended as one of the best accommodations in Siantar.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days in building B, room 301. In my opinion, the mattress was no longer comfortable to sleep on and seemed to need to be replaced. The room was also lacking in cleanliness, there was still dirt on the corners of the table and chairs after being cleaned. Hopefully, the comfort can be improved. Thank you.

Asked for a smoke-free room and was given No smoking, I think it was intentional so they could get money in. Really lazy to see the hotel not being honest. Asked for a fine, not really cheating! Regret booking at Sapadia Hotel!!
