The hotel staff is friendly, easy to find food and close to shopping areas.

Nice historical building in Art Deco style, BUT… The room was filthy: from the towels to the bathroom to the light switches. No hot water in the shower ‘because we had not booked directly at the hotel's website’… There are many better hotels in Bandung.

Stayed here for 3 nights, considering its strategic location, close to minimarkets and food stalls. The room was stuffy, smelled musty, there was no air freshener, pillowcases and sheets looked like they hadn't been washed, the pillows were flat, there was no water heater, initially the water in the sink and bathroom didn't flow, but after reporting it, the water flowed very little, and the room lights weren't too bright. My suggestion is before the guests arrive, it should be cleaned first, swept, and given air freshener, so that guests feel comfortable when they first arrive at the hotel. Don't wait for guests to complain before the hotel staff starts moving.

The staff is friendly and the location is very strategic, I have stayed here many times when I go to Bandung.

The hotel staff are all friendly and quick to help when asked, the hotel staff can be said to be few but quick to respond to my complaints. The room is comfortable, clean, fragrant. The bathroom is also quite clean even though there is some small scale (very little) but the water sometimes doesn't flow out & there is no hot water, but for me it doesn't matter because I usually take a cold shower. The most important thing is that the location is very strategic, close to where I want to go, and around the hotel there are lots of food ranging from cheap to expensive prices, around the hotel there are lots of cafes. the hotel interior is a bit similar to the Dutch colonial era but not scary at all 😊 I am very grateful to find a hotel with a cheap price but very good quality and a strategic location, then close to various foods (such as warteg, various breakfasts such as chicken porridge, uduk rice, lontong etc. there are satay, fried rice, catfish pecel) close to various shopping centers (there are 2 Indomaret near the hotel, then when walking a little you will find Baltos) and this is one thing that makes me very grateful to the hotel, I traveled to Bandung with my family by bus and arrived in Bandung at 6 am. My family and I went straight to the hotel because we had no other purpose when we arrived we immediately confirmed to the staff that we came early and asked them to leave our things, then my family and I looked for breakfast for a while. My family and I were very tired from the long journey and my parents decided to talk to the staff so we could check in early, initially all the rooms were full so we couldn't, then not long after that someone checked out my parents asked again and were allowed to check in early thank you Bumi Sawunggaling Hotel, may it continue to develop and progress💯

Comfortable, but you can't smoke, please increase the number of smoking rooms, hehe

It turns out that not all rooms are equipped with a water heater, I checked in when I was not feeling well, the room I chose did not have a water heater, then I was advised to upgrade to get a water heater, when I got to the room the water heater only came out for a moment and I had to wait again -/+ 30 minutes (it was the same as being shivering) the room's AC was noisy, as a result I moved rooms, it turned out there was no water heater, the telephone was dead, there was no soap, and a water heater. Oh my

The comfort of the room is quite good, I like the interior design, the location is strategic in the middle of Bandung city, close to various travel pools, but unfortunately the sink is so small that the water comes out, the bathtub is not very clean.

Clean, good service. So far, several times I've stayed there, it's been really good.

It's a shame there's no hot water for bathing.

Nice rooms, exotic buildings from the Dutch era, cleanliness is also maintained, the staff is friendly. It's just unfortunate. The AC only has air. So it makes it stuffy. We are sweltering. As soon as we left the room, the hotel hallway was colder than our room, so we had to sleep in the hotel hallway. We stayed in room number 101, okay, thank you.

The place is delicious, very strategic, lots of shops around it, not bad according to the price.

Waktu check-in kamar yang diberikan sangat kurang enak untuk diinapi. Lampu remang, remote AC tidak berfungsi, tidak ada air panas dan pemandangan dari jendela menghadap tumpukan barang-barang yang terbengkalai. Langsung saya putuskan untuk mengembalikan kunci saat itu juga & tidak menginap di sana.

Yes it's good for those who are nostalgic, as residents of hostel E first, I hope ITB can take care of it professionally, as a comfortable hotel, this is still ITB's responsibility anyway.

Bathtub kotor,keramik pecah, water heater tidak ada dengan kelas hotel bintang 3??, wifi tidak ada, lantai kotor,sprey putih berdaki,pemasak air tidak bs tertutup,.sgt tidak rekomendasi menginap disini,.tdk percaya boleh coba..
