It was a great place to stay at seminyak icon. Everything is good. Excellent service. Great food and great villa. Free minibar, afternoon tea, and check out drink, and free shuttle to the airport too! I love this place so much! Room was clean. I’ll be back!

Excellent service from Seminyak Icon team! Fast check-in, fast response via WA, etc. Breakfast was nice and my family really loved the tea-time snacks. Mosquitoes were everywhere but it wasn't a big deal for us as the villa was well equipped with mosquito repellents indoors and outdoors. Not walking distance from the main Seminyak hotspots but it 's OK, one advantage is it 's very near the huge Starbucks Dewata. Regards, Adib. Singapore.

We stayed there like thieves because we asked if we could have extra beds or not. The staff was afraid that we stayed more than 2 people. They went back and forth to check our villa. Critical.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
Room orders we received from Traveloka were only for 2 adults. At check-in we also asked how many people would be staying and it said 2 people. However, 4 people entered our villa. For reasons of guest comfort, our one bedroom also does not allow for additional extra beds. There are even questions about the size of the extra bed and the desire to set it up in the living room.
Our staff only visits the villa to convey the maximum limit of guests who can stay and the limit of guest visiting hours.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hopefully next time, you can be more careful in placing your order.

MasyaAllah. Villa yang bagus banget menurutku, nyaman, jauh dari keramaian, pokoknya betah banget, sayangnya cuma semalam nginep di sini, service nya juga bagus, memang agak ketat sih aturannya untuk tamu yang datang, but all service great.

We really regret that your stay at our villa was not pleasant because you were not careful in making room reservations.
Your order one bedroom villa is only for 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old.
Sorry, for the comfort and convenience of guests, we cannot accommodate your desire to stay more than the provisions. We have also offered a choice of two bedroom villas, but you are not willing to pay the difference in price.
Hopefully in the future we can be more careful in making reservations, so that the reviews given can explain better about the comfort of staying at our villa.

Good service, good facilities. Dari awal sampai akhir sangat memuaskan. Hanya pada saat check-out ada kendala (diinfokan hilang 1 barang di villa, padahal saya tidak pernah pakai, dan saya lihat pada malam pertama hanya ada 1) Jadi, untuk ke depannya akan lebih baik jika ada ceklist barang pada saat serah terima kunci dengan tamu. Dan juga pada saat selesai pembersihan villa dapat info kepada tamu, jika ada barang yg kurang ataupun hilang. Jadi bisa dicek bersama-sama.

The management is very stiff and arrogant. I came with children 12 and 13 years old, I couldn't even give them in. I got a rate of 1.5 million and was told to upgrade to villa 2 for a new price of 5 million. Don't go to the front office, I happened to get one that wasn't very pleasant to talk to.
