Close to Malioboro, great for being able to go everywhere nearby

It was a great stay here, clean place and close to Malioboro.

It's strategically located and close to tourist attractions. The room is big enough for two people and has plenty of light. The owner is very friendly and can also rent motorbikes there. However, there's only one power outlet, so it's best to bring your own.

It's been a regular every time I go to Jogja, I definitely stay here, because the location is extraordinary. 1. Right in front of Tugu Station, whether you want to take a long train or an airport train, just cross. The hotel's position is on the side of the road.... 2. Very close to Malioboro or Tugu. 3. Abundant culinary, close to Circle K. Lots of starlings, food stalls selling snacks in front of the station... souvenir center..etc 4. Well, this is really cool, ID cards are no longer held for those who have ordered and paid via the app.... Cool loyal backpacker-2

The location is right across from Yogyakarta station, so you don't have to navigate alleys. The staff is friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the room is cool and the bathroom has hot water. The place is clean. Highly recommended for budget travelers visiting Yogyakarta, or as a transit point for those planning to catch the airport train or long-distance trains. Overall, I had a comfortable stay here. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick. You could even leave your luggage after checking out.

As usual... Overall comfortable... Located in front of the station... Culinary nearby... And great... KTP/ID is no longer held... When I go to Jogja, I always come here.

The place isn't very spacious but it's comfortable. The staff is also informative. It's just a short walk to Tugu Street and close to everything, including the Malioboro Walkway.

The only downside was that my ID card was still held even though I'd paid via Traveloka. Other hotels don't do that. It was a bit of a panic when I tried to check out at 4 a.m. because I had to catch an early morning flight (take the airport train). The receptionist wasn't there...

This is my first time staying at Setia Backpacker 2. As described, it's suitable for transit, but I don't think it's suitable for staying more than one night. Access to the accommodation is through a small alley next to the money changer, located in front of the station. It's very easy to walk to. There are a few things to note about the room: 1. The first day, the hot water for showering didn't work. I reported it to reception, and they immediately fixed it. The second day, I tried the hot water, and it was very hot and couldn't be controlled. The pressure was strong enough, but it made the shower head come off, so I didn't use it. 2. The water flow wasn't strong enough. 3. My suggestion for amenities is to bring your own. 4. Medium-sized, thin towels. 5. Mineral water is only provided on the first day (or perhaps by request). 6. The room isn't soundproof. Since the accommodation is located on the side of the road, noise from the highway is clearly audible. 7. The AC works well. 8. The mattress is hard, with a metal spring feel. Good and friendly service.
