The staffs are super sweet and nice. the hotel room and everything are just perfectly complete, shakti hotel is obviously good. What matters most is their smiling service, the receptionists and front liners, all are good... they are super nice and smiley.

The place is nice, comfortable. Unfortunately some rooms have cloudy water. Other than that it is very ok. There is hot water, AC, TV, Wi-Fi, Spacious rooms.

The water is yellow, the toilet is dirty, the blower no longer sucks air, the AC is not cold, there is no view because it is covered by trellises, the building is not maintained, parking is paid per hour

Not very clean, on the first day there were no towels and mats, so we had to request them first before they were given them. Access is difficult because you enter an area that uses a tapping gate.

The customer's used bottles were still in the room & not replaced, the toilet was not clean, the mattress was dirty with lots of stains, there were no towels so we had to wait for the staff to deliver them, just a suggestion, before the customer comes in, they should check again whether there is anything missing, the staff service is slow, I complained 2x before there was a response

It's totally different from the picture. The actual location is fine, but because there is road repair, it's quite uncomfortable. Don't forget, this hotel is located in a location that uses Secure Parking so parking is charged at Rp. 2000 per hour. Hotel guests must still pay the parking fee.

Very Cheap Price, Opposite Harris Vertu Hotel, Hot Water & Shower available, Close to Minimarket, Location in the City Center Those who bring vehicles must pay for parking, There is garbage that has not been thrown away, Dimly lit rooms, Closed windows with hotel nameplates, Access location to the hotel is very confusing because many roads are closed due to construction
