Love their creativity, I booked for my daughter birthday staycation. And I gave the information just in the morning of my staycation day about this through ig dm. Probably because of the high traffic, they didn't respond so I just thought that they can't prepare the decoration or the decoration need extra charge. But surprisingly when we arrived, the receptionist say hi to my daughter and ask who is having a birthday. She looked so happy and amazed that the hotel staff know about her birthday. They also provided a tepee tent at my room that make this hotel my daughter 's number 1 list hotel. They also have3 a free riding horse, a free rabbit feeding and also a free fish feeding. My daughter gave you not just 5 stars but 10 stars hotel. Love this hotel.

I stay here for 2 nights. The environment is good. the hotel’s crew nice and always do health protocols. Special thank’s for the chef that gift us special menu for our breakfast.

Family staycation for 2 nights during weekdays. Staffs are fast response, helpful. We stay when Ramadhan started, the breakfast menu so satisfying, they not decrease their menu, the variation and portion still same. The pool are great, they checked and maintain everyday.

What a pleasant stay. It used to be best hotel in Bandung, now let's say it is one of the best. Room was clean and tidy, all facilities are in great condition. Had breakfast for couple of times, and none failed. Vast selection of menu, and all taste great. Highlight to Nasi Goreng Kampung, which is made by order, I cannot stop eating this delicious Nasi Goreng. Maybe one suggestion, please change your in room mineral water, I got funny feeling in my tummy after drinking it. Very recommended hotel!

Very good. It 's my first time staying at this hotel, I'm on vacation with my family. First impression is very good, staff is very friendly and informative. They always give information about hotel facility for us to enjoy especially for kids activity. On weekend there is special activity for kids on the playground, there is a horse riding activity and outbound kind of activity. Check in is very fast, room is ready by check in time, and no drama whatsoever thanks to miss Fransisca our receptionist that time. Room is very spacious and clean. I call before check in for connecting room and they can provide that which is great comparing to some other hotel that won't even try to make that happen. Bed is very big for single bed type, sheet is clean and free of odour. Pool is clean with lifeguard always on standby. Garden area is very beautifull for morning or afternoon walk, fish pond also very beautifull with lot 's of Koi fish. Breakfast is very complete with lot 's of choice, love the nasi goreng definitely must try. Parking space is spacious and easy to access considering the location over Dago area which is usually other hotel only provide basement parking with small parking space. There are lot 's of local food surrounding the hotel location, grocery store is also available across the street. Hotel is alao GoFood friendly, you can ask the driver to drop the food at lobby to their security by mentioning your room number. Located in the big street, easy to access, lot 's of public transport passing by. Overall is very great experience, deffinitely will coming back.

Hotel seru dan nyaman di daerah Dago, semua staffnya ramah dan professional. Sarapan paginya enak dan variatif. So far menyenangkan dan value for money untuk ukuran bintang 5 di Bandung. Minusnya kolam renangnya termasuk kecil dan bentuknya agak bulet bulet gitu.
