comfortable hotel, strategic location to go to Unud art market, Goutama street, Monkey Forest. Clean rooms, spacious parking lot. Have stayed here twice and always satisfied with their service.

Strategic location near minimarket, bar/cafe, pub, laundry, motorbike rental, clinic, complete etc. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Swimming pool ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ although I didn't try it but it was good
I stayed on the weekend and asked for early check in because it happened the room was ready & not full.
I left rendang in the pantry assisted by the staff who were very kind.
The hotel is nice & the price is affordable, I got the price of 220k at that time, I booked it well in advance, the hotel has a traditional Balinese feel, the interior & exterior are okay and still well maintained.
The downside is there is no elevator, I got a room on the 2nd floor, I happened to bring 2 suitcases, had difficulty carrying them, no help from the staff, it happened that the staff guarding it was a woman.
Overall recommended & the price is affordable.

Strategic location on the main road, although the main road is quite congested from afternoon to night, its ok, near the beach, close to bars, cafes, laundry, mini markets, motorbike rentals, the Bali bomb monument, & pubs/discos, all complete.
Comfortable & spacious hotel
Nice swimming pool
Nice bathroom with bathtub & hot water (suitable after going around Bali to relieve fatigue)
Food (not included)
Vintage & traditional Balinese nuances, good interior & exterior
The downside is there is no elevator, I got a room on the 2nd floor, quite complicated & difficult if you bring a lot of suitcases, it's quite tiring to go upstairs because you carry it yourself.

The AC is cold, there is hot water, the atmosphere is cool and quiet, but if you book on the 3rd floor... it's comfortable for me... but the water is a bit sticky... you get towels, you get soap
