Breakfast taste - not up to hotel standard. Very limited varieties.

Were happy tp bood connecting room at the corner with best view to city, and big room with nice kayout n design, good for staycation for us for birthday surprise for my wife, was awesome, thx God

very comfortable, must come here again next holiday. clean, comfortable, the view from the balcony is nice. especially at night

the place was great, the refrigerator was big and cold, there was a sauna and a hot water pool, for drinking there was gallon water, the balcony had a city view, there were many restaurants around the apartment.

Very clean and nice hotel apart also great location the staff very nice and helpful. This place will be my fav place and family. Thanks somerset you make my ied gathering with family been wonderful

It's been a pleasure to always stay at Somerset Sudirman Jakarta. The staff are friendly and the room is clean. Very recommended.

I've been here many times, either ordering for myself or ordering for other people, at least for a minimum of 3 days.

Me and my husband had a comfortable stayed for one night at this hotel. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the elevators were fast and had a nice fragrance. One great feature was the access card system—each room received 3 cards, which made it convenient for two people to move around separately while keeping one card in the room. The pool had a great view, and the hotel offered good facilities, including a gym, sauna, and a jacuzzi with warm water. My room (1703) had a balcony, which provided a nice view, but it was right next to an apartment building, so privacy was a bit limited if I opened the curtains. The bathroom was quite spacious, although the bathtub and shower were combined in one area. There was also a scale inside the bathroom. My room type included a living area with two TVs—one in the living space and another in the bedroom. Storage space was ample, making it easy to keep things organized. A mini kitchen was available, complete with a decent selection of kitchenware for cooking. However, I was disappointed to find leftover food from a previous guest still in the fridge. Additionally, the curtains had some visible stains, which was a downside. The wardrobe was well-equipped with an ironing board, iron, bathrobes, a hairdryer, and a safety box. There were plenty of power outlets throughout the room, making it easy to charge devices. A work desk was also available, which was convenient. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but cleanliness in some areas could be improved.

citylight is ok, there are many places to eat around, close to everywhere because it is in the middle of the city, Sundays are good for joining CFD because it is very close to Sudirman Street👍

The most recommended hotel in my opinion, the service is really good, fast and agile. The room is clean, very spacious, and the price is very affordable.

All employees from the gate to inside are very friendly and smile a lot.

I don't know how many times I've stayed here, but one thing is for sure, I'll definitely stay here again.
