Staying here is fun, the hotel is clean, the room is comfortable, but when I checked in there was a problem with the room because it was not according to my order, I just reported it immediately and it was responded to quickly after ordering. Non-smoking, but there was an ashtray in the bathroom, because pregnant women have a sharp sense of smell and the room also smells of cigarette smoke, but it's okay, it's still great! For others, please smile a lot after your day is sad 🤭😁🫰

Not a family friendly hotel, there is a bar so it gets noisy at night. Lots of drunk people and female entertainers. What is clear is not family friendly. Many pluses, female entertainers are not recommended for families.

Often stay at hotels in the Mangga Besar area, but this is the first time. Once tried, immediately fell in love and did not want to turn to other hotels in this area. Starting from the clean condition of the room, delicious breakfast menu with many choices, spacious lobby & hangout place in the hotel. The receptionist is friendly & not rude. Asked for a smoking room immediately responded. Overall, it's great.

The room is big, spacious and clean. At first I was given a room that was not clean, but the staff was very friendly and gave me food as an apology. The service is very good. But the room is a bit hot, the AC is not really felt even though it is a built-in AC. Thank you

really upset, really worst to stay here. The valet is corrupt and even charges money that should be FREE. Just sharing, the valet here is FREE, so it's okay if, for example, the valet asks you to pay! How come I stayed here last night and was charged 50 thousand by the valet!! make a bad mood... wait for this update if you don't want to correct the rating. don't want to pay 50k for corrupt people

I booked a room with a hair dryer, but it wasn't ready in the room, so I had to ask the receptionist first. 3. Cardlock settings. I wanted to go to the swimming pool but couldn't, it turned out the cardlock settings were wrong. But the food is okay, delicious, lots of variety. The location is also close to many places to eat.
