Spring Hill Hotel Ruteng

The hotel atmosphere is pleasant and calm, natural, recommended hotel.

This hotel does not have AC facilities in the rooms because the temperature in Ruteng is quite cold and fresh. However, hot water facilities in my room were not available. Otherwise, this hotel is among the best for the Ruteng area.

Hotel view and design were really picturesque, with mini traditional house in the center of the hotel area.. Unfortunately the restaurant is not halal as they provide fried rice with pork sausage as one of the menu, so muslim travellers can't eat there..

I stayed here for 1 night with my parents. Overall, a very great hotel. It was clean, food was good (the pineapple juice was my favorite!), easy to check in, helpful staff. The only minus point from me is my room located exactly next to the road, a lot of cars and trucks were lining up at the gas station near the hotel. The hotel 's fence was very low and it was quite disturbing when the truck 's driver slammed to close the door of their cars (especially at night). But after all, I would like to visit again and I definitely would like to recommend it to others 👍🏼.

It was comfortable to stay at Spring Hill Ruteng because the hotel's surroundings are beautiful, the rooms are clean as are the bathrooms. If I go to Ruteng again, I will definitely choose to stay here.

More variety in breakfast would be better.

The rooms are nice, spacious and clean, the food in the restaurant is also delicious. Unfortunately there is no soundproofing between rooms. The next room was noisy all the time until 2 am and early in the morning it was already noisy, I couldn't sleep at all.

Actually the room was nice and clean, it's just that I was disappointed because I had paid for a more expensive room, the new deluxe twin, which was 750 thousand because I expected air conditioning. But it turned out that when I checked in, it was said that there had never been an air-conditioned room. Then when I asked for a refund, the excess was said to be impossible because the room given was wider and used a smart TV, so the price was indeed more expensive. What I was surprised about when I checked their room price offers at the hotel, there were only 650 deluxe twins, triple rooms and suite rooms, there was never a new deluxe twin that was 750. Please don't fool the customer because you don't want to be responsible. And at first they also said they had never installed it in the room application which was 750 thousand, then why suddenly the reason for the high price appeared because it was wider. Okay, we've already checked in, so we can't help but accept it, but I also made a reservation for going home on the 24th and asked to just change it to 650 if there really isn't an AC room, they don't want it even though I haven't checked in yet. Obviously this is just an excuse for not wanting to refund. Really disappointed with this kind of service.

Tempat tidur rusak dan cekung di tengah ketika ditempati. TV tidak ada channel. Bayi saya sering terbangun karena kaget dengan suara lalu lintas kendaraan di samping kamar. Selebihnya cukup.

This hotel has clean place and good food. But as Ruteng has cold wheather-12-16 degrees celcius at night so with not-working hot water is an unsatisfying services. The staffs are warm and very helpful but need to responds more fast as the intercom/telephone did not work.

For cleanliness, this hotel is the cleanest hotel in NTT. After we traced the owner is a Singaporean.

The accommodation is clean, well-maintained, the food is super delicious, the restaurant is good for entertaining family or business associates, the staff is helpful and friendly, the amenities are complete n quality, the meeting rooms are complete, good, strategic location, which is not good, if there are residents upstairs like it is noisy.

I love my stay in here! The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The ‘bungalow’ is just so comfortable. Definitely would come back if I had a chance! I just wish the breakfast they served would varied if I ever had a chance to come back! Overall, I’m happy with my stay at here. Thank you!

The best in Ruteng for resto and for stay. Do not look for others prior your first visit.
