Strategic location, close to everywhere, swimming pool The view is good, can see the city of Semarang. The room is quite clean, but the room was not cleaned during the stay, maybe because it's an apartment... the bathroom has a strong water, but the floor is wet.

Took 5 rooms and all were terrible, at 400k/room, there are many better ones. All are not suitable, moss in the bathroom and shower, ants everywhere, no hot water, complete all.

Comfortable, clean and a subscription when staying in Semarang

The apartment benefits greatly from its location. It's well-situated within Semarang, providing easy access to various attractions and dining options. In terms of room comfort, this is where the apartment significantly faltered. The furniture and overall ambiance felt dated and somewhat worn. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was also a concern. There were noticeable dust accumulations in certain areas, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. It gave an impression that deeper cleaning was needed. Some aspects of the apartment seemed to be in need of maintenance. Small things like loose fixtures and slightly damaged furniture added to the feeling that the apartment had seen better days. Especially the bathroom, whereby the water couldn’t be drained and loud sound of the exhaust. Lastly, me and my friend smelled a strong smoking to the extend that our eyes were hurt. Yet we didn’t know where it came from.

The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom and surrounding area is very lacking. The building is also poorly maintained. Please also pay attention to the safety of the building's elevator. Parking is also not directed. It's nice because it's in the middle of the city, close to the mall, market.

The bedsheet was dirty. There was a red stain on the bottom that looked like blood. The bathroom was dirty.
