It would be better if the apartment owner informs regarding the obligation to transfer a deposit of 300 thousand to the apartment owner's account (in the information on Traveloka) because it seems that the tenant has no choice, they have already booked and are about to check in, it is impossible to cancel. For the unit, it is very inconsistent with expectations, gloomy, electrical equipment is not standby, wall paper, mattresses and others. Please let the photos speak for themselves. Thank you. No offense, just share for the people who are searching for a cozy place. This unit is not recommended for it.

The apartment smelled musty, the sofa was dusty and had a lot of hair stuck to it, the TV didn't turn on, the refrigerator didn't turn on, the AC was open when sleeping because it was old, the water tap was loose, the bed was uncomfortable.

The check-in process is complicated. You have to contact the unit owner even though the receptionist should be able to cover it if you have to contact the unit owner. What's strange is that the deposit goes to the owner's personal account, not to the company account. This time the check-in process is this strange. Where the unit owner's language is really harsh, like talking to a robot.

Rooms are not clean. Room facilities are not adequate. The apartment unit owner doesn't want to lose money, the customer is asked to transfer the key deposit to the account according to the owner's request and we are charged a transfer fee. When returning the deposit money and the account is different from the owner, the transfer fee is also borne by the customer. Please admin of the application to review again. If possible, collaboration is no longer allowed. Because it is very, very detrimental to customers.

Its really dissapointed here, key deposit payments cannot be cashed, makes it difficult for customers who do not have mbanking, the card cannot be used to take the elevator, I return to the receptionist to repair, after arriving at the front of the room the card cannot be used (again) to enter the room, the service provider is very unfriendly, we asked to come back down, but I didn't want to. The receptionist really unfriendly. This my last purchase at this aprtmnt.

It's strange, a deposit of 300 thousand but you have to use BCA, if you don't use BCA the deposit won't return round 300 thousand & won't be processed. This is the first time I got the deposit procedure. Unfriendly & offhand.

Room Not according to order (Given the price below the order, No warm water for bathing, very small bath water, Check-in is very complicated, Does not provide units when the unit is sold, Check-in takes a very long time, No matter the customer waits from 12.30 to 15.30 just entered the room, not much different from renting a room at a price of 150 thousand, this is the price of 370.

Better not to stay here. If you don't want to regret Service is very and very unsatisfactory. The 300 thousand deposit was not returned on the grounds that the sink was clogged. Even though we checked out at 8 and were told it was at 1. Meanwhile when we checked out the sink was in good condition. Order an extra bed but towels are also not provided. Dirty bathroom. Wifi doesn't exist with reason to mention repair. Room key is difficult to open.

The room is dusty, the toilet is also smelly. Asked for a deposit of 300 thousand then the case there was a little baby porridge spill stain on the bed sheet, immediately cut the 50 thousand deposit. Not recommended.
