It’s so convenient to stay here. The room is wide enough with the additional facilities such as kitchen and balcony. Besides, the staff are friendly and professional. However, check-in process took times.

Facilities include AC, wifi, LCD TV, water heater, and comfortable bed. The location is very close to Surabaya Zoo and Bungkul Park, can be reached by walking. Close to the main road, mini market, and many places to eat. around.

The staff was nice, but when I first entered the room there were 3 cockroaches (1 near the bed, 2 in the bathroom). In my friend's room, I even found a centipede near the bed. The bathroom smelled really bad too. Then for that price (around 400) there were no amenities at all so I still had to spend money to buy my own soap, shampoo, toothbrush + toothpaste. There was no coffee / tea either. Tissues were only given when I asked for them. Really bad experience. Just once. Btw, it turned out to be an executive boarding house that was turned into a homestay.

Very comfortable. Clean. And of course the atmosphere is calm and not noisy. The staff are friendly, it is recommended for blackpappers like me.

Iya murah sih. Tapi agak ngeri, baru masuk udah disambut sama ulet yang gerak gerak di handuk yang ditaruh di atas kasur. Bed covernya juga banyak noda. Udah gitu kran wastafel juga ga fungsi. But, untuk harga segitu ok lah maklum.

1st time 2 malam nginap di sini, datang kepagian namun karena ownernya lagi inpeksi kami mendapatkan kebijakan masuk lebih awal di jam11.15. Kamar pertama 112 namun dikarema tv tidak ada channel tv kami di tawarkan ganti kamar di kamar 209. Sepertinya seprai tidak diganti karena terdapat beberapa helai rambut di atas kasur dengan ukuran berbeda. Kebersihan pun kurang, beberapa x ada hewan serangga di kasur. Sebenarnya nyaris sempurna dan nyaman. Koneksi wifi tidak stabil. Semoga ke depannya semakin baik.

The hotel is OK considering the budget, However, the cleaningness can be improved: the bathroom was barely cleaned with hairs and soap still on the floor when checked in and the sheets didn't seem clean and fresh ….
