First time here when I had business in Surabaya, overall satisfied. The room is quite spacious, the AC is cold, the bathroom is also spacious and clean. There are many food vendors and minimarkets around the hotel. Can recommend staying here again on the next trip.

This is a really hidden gem of a hotel, strategic location, from the front it looks very ordinary, in fact it tends to be small and not convincing because we booked at a very cheap price but after entering, it turns out the ambiance of the room is like a room in a 3-star hotel 🤩, even though the parking lot is small but it's not a problem because there is a security guard who is in charge of managing the parking and also being a valet, very cool.

The hotel is nice, the room is clean, comfortable, but there are lots of small cockroaches slithering around, so you have to be a cockroach hunter first. Hopefully it will be handled in the future, it's a shame the hotel is okay.

My only complain is the poor soundproofing (I got woken up early due to neighbors being too noisy) and I found a living baby cockroach (easily fixed by not having small gaps everywhere on the flooring

I spent 3 nights in a basic plus room. very comfortable room with new furniture, TV and AC. the only downside was that the bed sheets, fitting and pillow cases had some big yellow stains that couldn't be washed away. the staff replaced them with new ones which didn't look as dirty as the previous ones. also, there were a few cockroaches in the room
