Even though its just a two star hotel but the quality is worth to try. They offer help to carry your baggage if you get the 2nd/3rd floor rooms because there's no lift. The room is bigger, more comfortable and cleaner than I expected according to the price. You can also refill your water and there's indomaret and restaurant in front of the hotel. It helps you a lot.

The rate is very affordable for hotel that very near from Simpang Lima. But unfortunately they should change the towel and the bed sheet, it looks so old. But overall, for the price that you pay it is very cheap.

Strategic location, close to Baiturrahman Grand Mosque and Simpang Lima. Easy access everywhere. Parking area is sufficient, and when full, the staff will arrange it kindly. Check-in and checkout are very fast and friendly.

Have stayed at Hotel Sumi twice, the location is very strategic, located in the city center of Simpang Lima, close to everywhere, just walk. God willing, if I go to Semarang, I will stay here again. Thank you.

It's worth the price, everything is okay, only the bathroom is not well maintained, the walls are dirty. Taking a shower is rushed, the hot water can't be turned on immediately, it has to be turned on for a while. Luckily I slept in this room during transit, the good thing is that in front of the hotel there is an Indomaret and a place to eat, so just across. 👏🏻🙏🏻 Then the bell boy wasn't there yesterday.

For the place, it's really good in the city center next to Tentram Mall, on the side of the highway. Only the parking lot is small, yesterday during Eid it was full to the point of parking on the side of the road. The room is quite clean for its price, the AC in room 106 vibrates and the sound is quite loud, the bathroom is small, the shower is already clogged, the toilet doesn't have a bidet, so it's a bit uncomfortable for girls. There are also lots of mosquitoes, it's recommended to spray first before guests enter. 🙏🏻

-All staff & bellboys are friendly and very helpful. -But unfortunately the cleanliness is lacking, the bathroom smells of urine, the room leaks in the corner, the lights are dim, the blanket has dirty islands. -There is no elevator, only stairs. -The facilities provided at the High Season price are not comparable. -The interior of the main lobby is not well maintained, there are almost ornaments like grass about to fall. Hopefully this criticism can be constructive to make it better.

the AC was leaking, water dripped all night until it entered the room. we brought small children so we had to be more careful. didn't complain to the receptionist because there was no room phone and by the time we got here we were tired and wanted to rest immediately, only realized it in the morning. the bathroom model is without a hand spray (automatically embedded in the toilet). overall, the experience of staying was actually not impressive, not too bad either. good wifi.

Staying at the Sumi Hotel was very comfortable. I occupied a room for 3 people. The cleanliness of the room was very well maintained. Hot water for bathing was available. The staff were friendly. You can request the room to be cleaned every day. Anything you need is always well served. I left my baby's food in a refrigerator, although it is small. Most importantly, the staff were very helpful. It seems like I will stay there again if I go to Semarang.
