Really nice place to stay. The location is great but the service and the kind people who work there is what makes it truly special. Was also pleasantly surprise to see the book collection provided at the lobby there. I was expecting standard-un interesting book in the lobby (as it usually is in most lobby-public places I've been at) but their collection here are really good, from the novel from murakami to girl on the train and some by george rr martin. Will definitely borrow some when I visit next time.

Sun Rise House is located in a very strategic location, near MRT Setiabudi. It is easy to get around. I was alone there and stayed in the single room, it is on the 3rd floor. The bedroom is very clean also the bathroom. It has shared kitchen on 2nd floor, you can cook and wash your dishes there. Also on 3rd flood there is small pantry where it has fridge so we can store our foods there (do not forget to put room number or name on it), there is also water dispenser so you can get cold or hot water, and also microwave so you can heat up your food. There's a nice swimming pool at the ground floor and it has rooftop area for chilling. The ambience is quite so you can relax while you are staying at Sun Rise House. They also offer to clean your room if you would like to. And no need to mention that the room rate is very affordable. For sure I will stay there again next time. Thank you for a great hospitality!

General Check-in Instructions
1. Cash Deposit of IDR 100.000. 2. Receptionist is only from 7 am to 9 pm. After these hours the check-in process will be assisted by Security Staff. 3. Check in time is 2:00 p.m. 4. Check out time is 12.00 noon. 5. No pets are allowed. 6. Smoking is prohibited in the room. Smokers who violate this ban will be fined IDR 200.000. 7. If you bring a children under the age of 14, please be on guard for 24 hours, because one of the reasons is that the swimming pool is 1.5 meters deep and there is no special pool guard. And also in other areas, children under age of 14 must be guarded by parents. 8. Damaging vitrage, bed sheets, blankets, glass, etc, will be fined according to the damage and the price of each item. 9. One room for two people. Extra person will be charged IDR 50,000 per person per night (no extra bed). 10. If Early Check In or Late Check Out will be charged IDR 50,000 per hour. 11. Late Check Out will be depends on the room availability. 12. Additional bed cover is IDR 50,000/pcs/night. 13. Additional breakfast is IDR 30.000/person. 14. If there are facilities that are not functioning properly, the GUEST is expected to report and URBANEST INN will repair them immediately. However, this will not make the GUEST entitled to compensation in any form. Facilities can be interrupted at any time for renovation, maintenance or construction.

There needs to be a water heater and glasses provided in the room. That's standard service. Overall, the service and facilities are quite satisfying.👍🙏🏻

there is a price, there is quality
incomplete explanation at check in. At 3 am the room phone rang 2x and at 4 am 1x, in the morning I complained and was told the system was wrong. The room's AC was not cold, there were worms in the bathroom, only given soap and toothbrush, under the bed was not swept.

Overall for everything is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room is also comfortable. Got a room near the pool. Unfortunately the AC is not so cold, but fortunately the room is not hot. And the wifi is not so accessible in the room. But satisfied staying here

staycation in Jakarta area with swimming pool and quite cheap price. executive boarding house type with breakfast. The breakfast food is delicious, the type is delivered to the room with tea and coffee. 24 hour security. parking area is rather limited

It's comfortable, the only thing lacking is the breakfast, you only get porridge with no taste😩There's also a swimming pool for children and toddlers, the rest is good, the AC is cold, the room is clean, complete with tissues, towels, toothbrushes, a cupboard, and a mini fridge

I don't like it because I brought a child over 5 years old and had to pay an additional 50 per person but didn't get anything, I thought the extra money would get me an extra pillow, the food portions were also very small. When I was swimming, I wanted to have fun with my family but I wasn't allowed to be noisy in the pool, because bringing a small child would definitely be noisy. It should have written that small children are not allowed. I also had to pay an additional 50 thousand per child. The sheets and bed cover in the room smelled musty.
