For the hotel's location, it is quite strategic in the middle of the city, there is a dispenser to refill drinking water, cold AC, clean towels, the bed is quite comfortable, the staff is friendly. But for the building and hotel facilities, maintenance and repairs are really needed. The room door when opened and closed feels like it "drags" because the door position is slightly down, so you have to force it a bit and the sound is loud, quite disturbing because when other room guests come in and out of the room, the sound leaks into my room. The bed sheets have stains that can't be removed, the color is dull. I've asked for a new bed sheet but it's just as dull. There are even pillow cases whose fabric is already hairy / wrinkled. The room floor is also not swept clean, there is still a little sand. The bathroom shower has water holes that are crusty, the water can't come out smoothly and the direction of the spray is everywhere. The slope of the floor is to the left but the water drainage hole is on the right, the water stagnates. In addition, there is 1 oddity. I booked 3 deluxe type rooms, then when checking in the receptionist said "We give 1 room a free upgrade". Even though deluxe is the highest type, so what is actually upgraded? In fact, the 2 rooms are small, a bit like superior. Hopefully in the future it can be improved again, because the location of the hotel itself is good, close to everywhere, it only needs maintenance and repairs in terms of the building 😊
