The bathroom sink leaked, there was no hot water, only 1 towel, no free toothpaste, soap, etc., the room door was difficult to open, the AC was not cold, the room was not very clean, I chose to check out and move because my wife was afraid to stay overnight.

Be careful of being fooled by the appearance of the photos. Very very disappointed. Not worth staying at. Should have stayed overnight. So just took a shower and checked out.

Very disappointed with the hotel, the room was not cleaned, there were lots of cockroaches, the lights were off, the door couldn't be closed, and the hotel was also really unprepared... Traveloka, please work with really good hotels. In the end, we couldn't ask for the money anymore, and we moved hotels at midnight.

HONESTLY, I couldn't sleep, for room 102, there were so many bed bugs on the bed, it was a twin room, I moved beds and there were still so many bed bugs, please spray it or something, it was so big, gosh 😭I immediately moved rooms.

For this price of room what can you expect, no toiletries, only 1 room light, dusty floor, many holes in the hotel ceiling and many sights. Luckily the booking was only for transit

On the second night, I tried a standard room. For that price, I think it's okay. I got a thick blanket and the AC was cold. The downside is that I didn't get a towel. The TV didn't work, meaning there was no signal from check-in to check-out. The toilet was so bad that I had to think twice about defecating. The wifi on the 3rd floor wasn't connected. Next time you stay here, prepare to stay on the 2nd floor, guys.

In my opinion, this deluxe twin type is worth it with a price below 200k via the application, but surprisingly there are no towels etc., the AC is not cold, the lights in the room are dark, luckily the wifi is fast, and the mini fridge is working, next I continued to stay in the standard room, coincidentally I got it on the 3rd floor, I was surprised by the receptionist, I extended my room and asked for it on the 2nd floor, but they still insisted on giving me the 3rd floor, even though I stayed here last month, the standard room on the 2nd floor is the one with a double bed, why was I given the 3rd floor with the condition of the room, I'll review it later.
