Prices do not match the application, asked to pay more. The reason OYO is full, only regular rooms are available. Why not include a full room when it's finished. There is no television either, no hot water either. The sink is broken.

There is no notification that the room + facilities are under maintenance. Finally got a room that doesn&#39;t have a tv and the toilet is not clean. But overall the ac is on and the water is smooth and the bed smells good.

The room wasn’t as shown on the pictures, no TV to desk. Although those weren’t essential for one night, it’s not pleasant to have something different than expected. Also, an extra money had to be paid on arrival to meet the minimum price of the room. Not sure this is legitimate when the booking is made and all paid online. Beside the points the staff still was friendly.

The room does not match the one in the photo in the message through. Almost lost the room he said it was closed at night. it's because the message via oyo But if you pay right away, don't order via Oyo, it's quickly served well. very disappointed. no TV. ordinary room.

Please totol to be more careful in providing hotel references. At the hotel there are no towels on the grounds that the booking uses Traveloka, the water system opens and closes, hotel services are very cool.
