Super OYO 3838 Tamansari Guest House

The hotel was rotten from the start of the check-in process by the security guard. It was a very bad experience. The room was small, like a boarding house. There was no mirror or soap. When I asked for an extra pillow, they didn't give me one.

Sorry but it's far from the real thing in the photo. The admin/security guard said "I will give you a special room". I said, "a clean one, sir. Has it been cleaned?" She replied, "Yes, ma'am. I was escorted to the room. There was hair on the floor, as if it hadn't been swept & mopped. The sheets, bed cover hadn't been changed & hadn't been cleaned. Before my sister was escorted to the room, I got lost in another part of the inn, the facilities & cleanliness were not maintained. And when I got lost, I also had time to ask the new users of other rooms, they were also looking for the security guard because they had a problem with something. Overall, the facilities are different from the ones in the photo. There are no "OYO" signs or neat pillows, like in the photo & there are no toiletries. Only 1 towel was given. Hopefully in the future it will be much cleaner & not advertise with photos that are far from reality. Poor next user.

The AC is not working, it only produces hot air. The management is evasive. Even if there is a refund, the owner just doesn't want to know. There is no compensation at all, there is no good faith, it seems that they are used to such incidents because the security guard confirmed that they were often sprayed by customers.

Not very clean. No information about deposit required. The bathroom leaks out. Not recommended.

How do you want to share the experience of our people who didn't stay overnight, didn't apply for cancellation and refund at ACC, there was already a record of early booking, so once confirmed at the counter you had to pay extra + deposit.

Kamar tidak sesuai dengan yang di foto, banyak yang rusak seperti TV tidak bisa digunakan, remot berkarat, dan tempat tidak begitu bersih. Dinding kamar banyak bercak noda.

I checked in early and it was shown at the time of booking, I was charged in excess of the daily rate. More than the rate of 2 days stay which is only 145 thousand, subject to an early charge of 166 thousand? The receptionist said it was a system from OYO! Daily only 75 thousand early check-in on the same day subject to a charge of 167 thousand?

Hati hati!! Pastikan ketika pertama masuk kamar cek kondisi keseluruhan kamar. Segera laporkan apabila ada kerusakan yang bukan kesalahan kita dan mungkin terjadi sebelum kita daripada kita yang harus menanggungnya. Hilang dengan percuma deposit 200k.

Merupakan Guest house a.k.a kost-kostan exclusice mungil yang berlokasi di dalam gang, mobil bisa masuk & parkir meski sangat terbatas jika hendak atret/maju mundur, bersyukur kami menggunakan motor selama di Solo, kamar sudah menggunakan pintu/kunci smartlock/kartu. Besaran ruangan, cukuplah untuk kami yang hanya 2 orang untuk tidur malam saja, ruangan nuansa putih-putih serta bersih. AC dingin, hanya dsediakan handuk 2 pcs, tidak ada sabun dan lain-lain (untung kami selalu bawa jika bepergian). Air kamar mandi deras, tidak ada air panas (gak masalah), toilet berfungsi dengan baik. Di kamar tidur ataupun kamar mandi tidak ada gantungan baju, jadi saat mandi handuk & baju taruh di luar/atas kasur. Mudah mencari makan di luar jalan utama, ada coffee shop, makanan traditional, warteg dan lain-lain. Pelayanan staff cukup ramah dan helpful (Thanks Bu Erlin). Untuk sehari-hari kamar tidak dibersihkan, mungkin jika request akan dibersihkan. Secara keseluruhan, cukuplah untuk stay di sini tuk kami yang ke Solo untuk keperluan mencari kost anak yang akan kuliah di UNS, mudah terjangkau & dekat kemana-mana. Oya, saat check in, harus bayar dana deposit Rp. 200 ribu, akan di kembalikan saat keluar check out (jika tidak ada masalah/barang-barang hotel yang hilang), jadi tidak usah khawatir ya. Matur nuwun dan sukses selalu.

Prices are very cheap. It's just really worth it with the facilities. So far comfortable. AC is slow to cool, must be provoked with turbo mode. There are 4 power plugs in the room and 1 in the bathroom so you don't have to worry if you have a lot of cellphones. The shower shower is tight but the one for the sink is the water flows small. No place for hangers or towels. Only 2 towels are provided, and toiletries are not provided. No wifi. Must deposit 200 thousand when checking in. The reason is because in addition to lodging there are also 12 doctors who are boarding so the rooms must be smoke-free.

The place is clean, complete with a table, tv, air conditioning in the room and hot water. But the window of the room facing the outside has no curtain. And in the bathroom there is a hole in it even though it faces the wall.

I really enjoyed the experience of staying here. Highly recommended!
