Got the price of 314k per night which for me is quite expensive, but that's also because the booking was on D-27 of Eid 2025. On weekdays it seems the price could be lower. The number of rooms is around 57, and during high season like Eid, all of them can be full. The location is very strategic, close to the station. To check-in at the reception, you do have to turn around the station first. I got the room at the very back on the 2nd floor which turned out that when I opened the window it directly faced the station. There is even a door that leads directly to the station parking lot, so if you want to go straight to the station after checking out, you can go through the back without having to turn around. The room is minimalist but quite comfortable. There is no wardrobe, but that's not a problem. The room is clean, the AC is cold, and the hot water works even though you have to wait a few minutes. There is no special tap for ablution, so you have to use the sink. The television works well. There is a food ordering service via WhatsApp that will be delivered directly to your room. The motorbike parking is quite spacious (located a bit inside), while the car parking is rather limited, but it seems you can use the area on the side of the front road.

we are from bandung if we go to blitar insyaa Allah nawang wulan our choice of place to stay...as comfortable as in our own room access everywhere is not too far and strategic, easy to find cheap and delicious food... especially to the station just open the back door, not tired of chasing time to get there.. a little bit...when entering it smells a bit of cigarette smoke, and there are cigarette holes in the sheets...please be more careful...other than that it is comfortable, the AC is cold, the wifi is okay, there is an inner garden, I like it...

This is my second stay here, booked through the application but the room did not meet expectations, was given room number 105 by the receptionist on the ground floor right in the middle of a small hallway, near where employees gather to chat and smoke near the motorbike parking lot. The room smells musty and damp, lots of stains/stains plus the walls are wallpapered and worn out as well as the ceiling of the room.. I asked for an upgrade/move room even though the additional cost is not a problem but the guard said it was not possible.. the room booked through the application was already allocated like that, okay, that's enough for the experience, please improve the attitude of the employees and the service so that guests are comfortable and not disappointed.

One of the most affordable accommodations in Blitar City. First experience staying in this city and immediately found a very affordable accommodation with adequate facilities. Only 5 minutes from the station on foot, a comfortable environment close to shops and food, friendly staff who maintain visitor privacy. At first, I was worried about what kind of room I would get for the cheap price, but it turned out that the room here was very comfortable, clean, quiet, complete room facilities, neat, and unique. It can be said to be unique because there are 2 floors in the room, namely the lower floor is the bathroom and the upper floor is the mattress, so sleeping is more comfortable because it is not too close to the bathroom and is more spacious. TV, AC, water heater all function properly. In the lobby there are also various snacks and cold drinks so you don't need to be confused about finding a minimarket. Atmosphere/Facilities: The room atmosphere is comfortable with general accommodation facilities. Staff assistance: The staff are friendly, communicative, and maintain privacy enough so as not to disturb visitors. Highlights: An affordable but satisfying stay experience. Price: A very cheap price compared to other accommodations but you can get a very good room. Location: Very strategic close to various places, very easy access.

All access is close to culinary accommodation, markets, hangouts next trip if I go to Blitar again I want to stay here again. Cheap but not cheap. Good.
