Moldy room, very hot water, broken ceramics, dirty cupboard, not suitable for staying even for transit, let alone bringing family.

the power outlet is scary to come off, afraid of getting electrocuted, it should be fixed. No towels, soap and wifi provided... if the room is spacious, that is.

Staff not on standby. Room is dirty and still smells of paint.

It's okay, just because we have to catch up with the office hours in the morning, we have to leave at dawn. The problem is, the gate is locked and there is no staff to look after it at all. We also know where the staff rests, so wake up the gate guard who has his post in front of the cafe to open the gate. The number listed does not connect. Maybe sometimes yes, for the problem of the gate, for example, there are guests who want to leave in the middle of the evening or early in the morning.

The guard was too strict, he had requested an early check in but was still told to check in at 14.00 so the belongings had to be left behind. When I checked in, the receptionist's face was not friendly, in fact it seemed like she was not suitable to be called a receptionist, more suitable to be called a landlady. When they gave me the key, they didn't show me which room they were in, they told me to look for it myself and the 'landlady' immediately went back to her own room without saying a word. One of the lights in the room went out, asked for help to replace it, thought it would be taken, instead it was just left like that, as if the guard didn't care, until the last day it wasn't replaced. Just arrived, there was no welcome meal or just bottled drinks, tissue, soap or toothpaste at all. Only 1 towel is provided. The cupboard was damaged so it couldn't be closed completely. The bathroom has a broken tap so you can only use the shower. The bathroom floor collapsed so the water collected in the middle, not flowing straight into the gutter. Bathroom mats don't absorb water, so I use an undershirt for the mat. The actual facilities are quite complete, AC, WiFI, TV (normal), king size bed, private bathroom, hot shower, shared kitchen, shared ironing place, large parking area. At a price of Rp. 260,000 per night can actually be a decent budget accommodation, but if there are lots of minuses like this you won't want to come here again, don't recommend it. Unless you are a member of the military who doesn't care about hospitality and can do everything yourself.

Thank God I can stay in Jakarta, the rooms are quite spacious, there is warm water, free wifi, safe and affordable parking vehicles, cheap prices. Towels and soap are available, no toothbrushes & mineral water. Thank You.

Saya booking tanggal 15 Februari tetapi tidak bisa check in karena kamar belum siap. Harusnya kalau sudah booking kamar disiapkan dan jika check in jam 07.00 pagi tanggal 16 sudah bisa. Tetapi resepsionis tidak memberikan tanggapan yang baik dan menginfokan hanya bisa check in tanggal 16 Februari jam 14.00. Padahal jika sesuai ketentuan tanggal 16 jam 14.00 saya sudah harus check out.

It's been the 3rd time staying here, the check-in and check-out process is fast and easy, no deposit, spacious rooms, clear tv, cold air conditioning, hot water, hard type mattress but comfortable enough to sleep in, there is a 24-hour warkop near the hotel, the drawbacks are not getting drinking water, no toiletries, only 1 towels.

Unsatisfactory for the room when it arrived, the blanket was dirty, so asked for a change, the service was not friendly, had not returned to the hotel on the phone to rush home with the excuse of wanting to lock the pager. No toiletries & lots of mosquitoes are provided. There is a water heater, the mattress is also spacious, it's better.

A hotel with a budget price, quite comfortable, clean, hot water works well, strategic location. It's recommended anyway.
