Swahita Ubud

The guys are nice, the place is comfortable, the room facilities are really good.

Perfect place at Ubud center. Nothing more to say. Perfect.

We're in 3rd floor. No phone to contact the receptionist or housekeeping so when there 's no soap in the room, we were not about to go down 3 floor just for soap. We can see bright corridor lights through the main door. Many big ants in the room. Breakfast is too basic. Hairdryer is mini. Service is excellent. The staffs are helpful and willing to please you.

The hotel is clean. Friendly service. Only if the balcony door is opened the view is only a bamboo forest but be careful because the mosquitoes are big and big. It would be nice not to hang out on the balcony at night.

The place is strategic, close to Ubud Center. But calm to rest. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need a motorbike rental, you can ask for help to find it.

Lokasi hotel melalui gang sempit, dan parkiran agak sulit bagi yang bawa kendaraan sendiri. Bisa jalan kaki ke pusat Ubud (+/- 10-15 menit). Kamarnya luas, AC dingin, kamar mandi bersih dan terurus dengan baik tapi mungkin karena kamar di lantai 1, serangga bisa masuk ke kamar karena ada pepohonan di luar balkon sehingga kami minta baygon ke staff (tidak disarankan bagi yang phobia serangga).

The location of the hotel is through a narrow alley, and parking is difficult, however, the rooms are spacious, the AC is cold, although the rooms are not very clean. Because there is no elevator, the staff helps to carry suitcases to the room even though it's late. Very helpful :)

Overall, okay. The rooms are spacious, there are balconies. The bath soap is a winner. It smells good. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The towels are white and clean. Why more points? Because there are many hotels with stars but the bathroom is not okay, especially the shower and towels that are not bright white anymore. But in Swahita, the bathrooms are very well maintained. The only drawbacks are 2: 1. The wifi signal is really lacking and often disappears, 2. The breakfast has only one menu. The rest is ok. Service is very good and responsive. Recommended.

Clean, large room, AC is also cold. It's recommended. The staff is friendly too. Hungry can order grab food. 👍.

Pas nyampe, kami kira ga ada parkirannya, karena masuk lewat gang kecil pas seukuran 1 mobil. Setelah telpon hotelnya, kita diminta masuk lewat gang tersebut, ada lot parkiran di dalam. Memang benar, ternyata ada sekitar 6-7 lot parkiran di dalam. Manager nya ramah. Komunikasi dengan pihak hotel lewat WA, karena ga ada telpon kamar. Staf hotel rata-rata tidak bermasker, walaupun ada juga yang bermasker saat melayani breakfast. Kamarnya luas dan bersih. Kamar mandi model shower. Air panas lancar, bath amenities lengkap. Hanya channel TV nya terbatas. AC nya dingin sekali. Wifi tersedia, tapi kurang bagus sinyalnya. Terasnya menghadap hutan. Ada kursi panjang di teras, nyaman buat ngopi di sini. Jadi ga ada view sunrise/sunset di sini, ketutupan pohon. Suasana kamar tenang, sepi. Breakfast disediakan di lantai lobby, berupa sandwich (kita diminta milih jenisnya pas check in) dan kopi/teh/juice. Jika ingin sarapan di kamar, harus turun ke tempat breakfast dulu, lalu minta petugas antar ke kamar. Bisa order Grab/gofood dari hotel. Ada laundry kiloan di ujung gang.

Tempat menginap yang sangat recommended buat keluarga. Pelayanan di sini sangat ramah dan sopan, fasilitas juga memadai.

The service is actually quite good. Maybe because of the pandemic, amenities such as hand soap & bath soap smell so bad they can't be used. Limited staff and limited food menu. If you stay a few days, it's really boring with the same menu.

New hotel, staff who helped all my needs in Ubud. although the facilities are incomplete, 7 star service. The location is very close to the Ubud Palace.
