The staff was very friendly. My flight to Kupang was so early in the morning and the staff allow me to check in early. They have sofa bed and cozy area where I waited for my room.

We purchased the family room for 2 nights and the roomm was bigger than we thought. We had 1 big parent room with King Size bed and children room with two queen size beds. We also had 1 big bathroom with shower and bathub, and private kitchen but it has no enough basic kitchen tools like microwave, stove and kitchen utensils. We had to borrow some kitchen utensils from hotel restaurant. However, the hotel room hads pool view and we could enjoy blue sky and birds chirping in the morning. He staff was friendly and accomodating. The food was standard with Indonesian and Western menus. Overall our stay at Quest Hotel Kuta by Aston was good and considering to stay in this hotel ain future.
