This is the umpteenth time I have stayed at the Swiss Belin Baloi Batam hotel, the service is very excellent, close to the mall, close to food court, close to everywhere, it is the best. The breakfast menu is really good, and for Mrs. Adelia, thank you very much because every time I go there, she is always friendly. Good job

Got free upgrade to suites apparently I really appreciate that, it's my first ever stay at swiss bell hotel and it was amazing, as a hotelier I also expecting a great service and facilities and you all nailed that even though a bit disappointed with the gym being renovated during my stay but hopefully in the future it will be open, I'll be back swiss bell baloi I might expect a free upgrade too haha 😜😁 #JK. Mark my words, this won't be my last time staying at this hotel.
