Stayed here when it rained that night in the Grand Deluxe Room, water leaked through the window and entered the room, resulting in the floor being flooded.

Ordered connecting door and non-smoking, got connecting door but smelled of cigarette smoke, it was terrible; even though it was a new hotel.

friendly staff, delicious food, clean and fragrant rooms, new sheets, pillows and mattresses, hopefully not just because it just opened, always maintain it. the gym is small, suggestion to have a children's playroom, it will be a pav if you go there every time

Check in at 3 pm but the room was not ready, waited almost an hour and when I entered the room the AC was broken 🥲 a bit disappointed because we were from Bandung bringing elderly people who had just finished condolences and wanted to clean up and rest but had to wait a long time. Next time, the excellent service will be improved 🙂
