Got a dirty room, the windows were very dirty, the room smelled bad like it hadn't been used for a long time, the bathroom was also dirty with lots of nests. Please fix it in the future because the hotel is very strategic. The room's AC is also not cold enough.

This is a very dirty hotel, which I have ever visited. Wanting to ask for a change and looking for another hotel was all full, in the end I had no choice but to stay for 2 nights, even though I had booked a superior bed type. These are the details that I felt: the lights were not bright, it seemed scary. The sheets and blankets had strange spots, some were white, some were red ... ouch. then there were cockroaches, the bathroom was pretty bad until I didn't have the heart to take a picture. The closet was very dirty, I wanted to defecate but couldn't because the water was clogged. Then the most uncomfortable thing was the sound from the next room could be heard in my room. I was in room number 209. There were people talking and laughing from the side of the room. There was also a mysterious door.. I don't know which door it was. The AC was also not cold enough. The paint was also dirty. There were always stubble on the pillow (wood eaten by termites). What I got was digital TV, Wifi, AC not cold enough, shower and half warm water. Coffee and tea, soap, 2 towels, 2 mineral water. I hope that the management will improve the facilities to be good and clean, considering the hotel is very strategic. The receptionist is also friendly. I give a 1 star rating not to bring down this hotel, but to improve the quality of this hotel. Because I like sharia hotels and there are strategic locations.
